How to Sign Up a Group of Volunteers

 

How to sign up as an individual volunteer

*4 easy steps*

 

  • Step 1. On the Opportunity Details page, open the shift you want to sign up for, and click SIGN UP.
    • Note that some opportunities ask you to “Express Interest,” not “Sign Up.” The steps below are the same, and someone will reach out to you to provide more information about the opportunity to determine your fit.
       
  • Step 2. Click Register to create a new account.
    • If you have an existing account, please click Login and use your Email Address and Password to log in. Please do not create multiple accounts. If you have difficulties, contact Engagement Manager Brian Rosenbaum directly at [email protected].
       
  • Step 3. Fill in the registration form and click Next.
     
  • Step 4. Provide your t-shirt size and click Finish.
    • Note that t-shirts are not provided at all volunteer opportunities. The opportunity description will indicate if a t-shirt will be provided.
       

You’re done! You should receive an email confirmation that you are registered for the opportunity. If you run into any technical difficulties, please contact Engagement Manager Brian Rosenbaum directly at [email protected].

 

 

How to sign up a group of volunteers

*7 easy steps*

 

  • Step 1. On the Opportunity Details page, open the shift you want to sign up for, and click SIGN UP WITH A TEAM.
     
  • Step 2. Click Register to create a new account.
    • If you have an existing account, please click Login and use your Email Address and Password to log in. Please do not create multiple accounts. If you have difficulties, contact Engagement Manager Brian Rosenbaum directly at [email protected].
       
  • Step 3. Fill in the registration form and click Next. Provide your t-shirt size and click Finish.
    • Note that t-shirts are not provided at all volunteer opportunities. The opportunity description will indicate if a t-shirt will be provided.
       
  • Step 4. Click CREATE TEAM to populate your list of volunteers.
    • If you have already created a team, you will see it in Option 1.
       
  • Step 5. Provide a Team Name, Team Description, and Company/Group/Affiliation. Then add your team members using their First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, and Age. Then click CREATE TEAM.
    • Age is important for volunteers 18 and under.
       
  • Step 6. Click, CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE OPPORTUNITY SIGN-UP WITH YOUR TEAM. This will return you to the previous page. Click SELECT
     
  • Step 7. LAST STEP! Select each team member who will be participating in the volunteer opportunity, and click SUBMIT.
